My fiance and I purchased two wedding rings. We called off the wedding and asked for a refund as they hadn't altered the rings yet. Point blank refusal stating it was their "policy" not to offer refunds.Credit note (in jewellers?!) I've just had a wedding cancelled here guys. Greedy, horrible couple.
